25 | On 12/09/2024 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Xona Xayavong conducted an unannounced case management – lead testing/exceedance inspection. LPA met with Site Supervisor Nancy Xiong. The purpose of today's inspection is to follow-up on the installation of the new filtration system and lead testing result.
On today’s visit, LPA observed a new filtration system installed in the kitchen in the cafeteria building on 10/24/2024. On 11/21/2024, Director Marie Hicks received lead sampling test report from Forensic Analytical Consulting Services (FACS) that sink faucet 240407216 A and sink faucet 24040716 A30 passed with lead exceedance below 5.5 ppbs. Sink faucet 240407216 A showed 1.3 ppbs and sink faucet 240407216 A30 was non detected. LPA also received LIC 9276, LIC 9275, and LIC 999 from the report. No exceedance was found, which means that no further action is required. The facility is aware that they will need to retest their outlets every 5 years to comply with the Written Directives.
Per Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 1 of the California Code of Regulations, no deficiency is being cited. Site Supervisor Nancy Xiong was provided a copy of appeals rights. An exit interview was conducted with, Site Supervisor Nancy Xiong. LIC 9213 Notice of Site Visit is provided and required to be posted for 30 day
