32 | LPA reminded Master Teacher to make sure they maintain visual supervision of children at all times.
A fire clearance request for the above classroom for 20 preschool children was sent to the Delhi Fire Department on 10/2/23 and a second request was sent to the Merced County Fire Department on 1/23/24. An updated fire clearance for 20 preschool children in Classroom C is pending.
Pending a final file review and completion of a fire clearance by the local fire department with jurisdiction, a recommendation will be made to license the above classroom for a capacity of 20 preschool children.

Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Master Teacher, Jessica Speairs.
A notice of site visit was given to Master Teacher and must remain posted on, or immediately adjacent to, the interior side of the main door for 30 days. A copy of this report is to remain in the facility for public review. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100. |
