32 | Room measurements were taken and reviewed with Director, Danielle Waite. The total inside toddler area measured to an approximate 943 square feet which will only accommodate the requested capacity of 24 children in the toddler program. There is adequate storage space available for children's belongings in the classroom. Toys and equipment appear to be age appropriate. There is a total of three toilets, 2 sinks located in the classrooms, right outside the restroom. There are two changing tables with a sink between them. This sink is the handwashing faucet that is only utilized for changing diapers. There is a water fountain inside each classroom that children use to have water readily available to them. Facility provides water bottles with the children’s pictures. Staff will refill children’s water bottles as needed throughout the day.
The outside play yard was not measured during today’s inspection. The toddler program has a separate outside play yard from the preschool play yard.
