On 10/20/22 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Joseph Pacheco arrived at the facility to conduct an unannounced case management inspection. LPA met with Director, Treasure Simeone. The purpose of the inspection was to discuss Title 22 regulations regarding reporting requirements. LPA reviewed with Director what is considered an unusual incident and discussed appropriate timelines for reporting such incidents.

Per California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 1, no deficiency cited.

Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Director, Treasure Simeone.

This report shall be made available to the public upon request. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
