LPA Priscilla Zamudio attempted to complete an annual/random inspection. LPA met with Center Supervisor, Martha Gutierrez who stated the center continues to be seasonally closed and will not reopen with children until April 24, 2024. LPA did not observe any children or additional staff. LPA reminded Ms. Gutierrez about personnel and children file documentation and agreed to return at a later date.
