On 02/21/2025 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Yesenia Fierro conducted a Case Management Inspection-Other. LPA met with Assistant Director Paula Smith and Site Supervisor Cynthia James. LPA conducted a tour of the facility inside and outside. The purpose of this visit is to measure outdoor play area to determine capacity.

During today’s inspection LPA measured the outdoor space that will be shared between infants and preschool children. The total square footage for all the outdoor activity space is 4484.89 square feet which is sufficient to accommodate the requested capacity of 21 infants and 20 preschool age children. LPA observed there are sufficient outdoor age-appropriate toys and play equipment available on the playground. Shade is provided via canopies and playground is fenced with a chain link fence, fencing is at least four feet high. Drinking water is available via water jugs. LPA observed all hazardous items on the playground to be inaccessible to children.

Site Supervisor Cynthia James was informed that a request for a temporary outdoor space waiver, along with an outdoor activity schedule showing the times each component will use the outdoor space shall be submitted to Community Care Licensing.

Per Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 1, of the California Code of Regulations, no deficiencies are cited.

Site Supervisor Cynthia James was provided a copy of appeal rights. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
