25 | On 02/07/2024 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Yesenia Fierro conducted an unannounced case management – post op inspection and was met by Licensee, Stephanie Fregoso. LPA explained the reason for the visit. LPA confirmed days and hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. The home has a working telephone service and LPA confirmed the phone number is (209) 445-0949. All adults who reside or work in the home have a criminal record clearance or exemption. There are no excluded individuals present at this home.
This is a two-story home, licensee confirmed care and supervision are provided in the downstairs living room, dining room, kitchen, hallway bathroom, playroom, and backyard. All other rooms are made inaccessible by use of bolted lock, and safety gates. LPA did not observe any fireplace and Licensee stated there is no fireplace in the home. LPA observed a working fire extinguisher, smoke detector, and carbon monoxide indicator. Licensee last conducted a fire drill on December 06, 2023. Licensee stated there are no firearms, ammunition, or bodies of water on the premises. LPA observed one (1) small dog. Licensee understands that she is responsible for any actions taken by the pet.
During today’s visit LPA observed the home to be safe and clean. Indoor and outdoor toys, play equipment, and areas accessible to the child are in serviceable conditions.
LPA reviewed Licensee and children's records during today's inspection, records reviewed were complete with all required licensing documentation.
Per Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 3, of the California Code of Regulations, no deficiencies were cited.
This report shall be made available to the public upon request. LIC 9213 notice of site visit form is required to be posted for 30 days. |
