Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Elizabeth Larios conducted an unannouced inspection to deliver the complaint allegation listed above. LPA met with Directior, Laura Hunter Michels and explained the purpose of the inspection.

Based on the available evidence, it is concluded that although the allegations listed on this complaint (Day care bathroom is dirty) and (Staff yell at day care children) may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur. The allegation is therefore UNSUBSTANTIATED.

No deficiency was cited. Exit interview was conducted, where this report was reviewed and discussed with Laura Hunter Michels, Director.
