Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Elizabeth Larios conducted unannounced Case Management inspection and met wiith Denise Noel Preschool Program Coordinator. Purpose of today's inspection discuss an unusual incident that Preschool Program Coordinator self reported to the Department on 10/26/2023. LPA observed two teachers, one Assistant teacher, and two paraprofessionals and twelve preschool children in classroom K-1 and K-2.

LPA reviewed and obtained copies of pertinent information during today's inspection. Further investigation is required and shall be continued on a later date. Exit interview was conducted with Denise Noel. No deficiencies issued during today's inspection.

Notice of site visit was issued and must remain posted for 30 days.
