THIS IS AN AMENDED REPORT THAT SUPERSEDES ORIGINAL REPORT.

On 01/15/25, LPA Trujillo met with licensee Maria Ponce to deliver the complaint findings. Present with licensee were her Spouse and her adult daughter who assist with Five (5) children in care: One (1) Infant and Four (4) Preschool age.

Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation(s) did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED.

NOTICE OF SITE VISIT WAS ISSUED AND MUST REMAIN POSTED FOR 30 DAYS.
