Incidental Medical Services (IMS) policy was discussed. For IMS information see PIN 22-02- CCP. When any IMS is provided, a Plan for Providing IMS must be submitted to the Department. Licensee was informed of the MyChildCarePlan.org website; a consumer education website that helps families obtain child care by connecting them to child care providers and Resource and Referral Agencies (R&Rs) throughout California.
Licensee had a fire inspection approved by the City of Salinas Fire Department (SFD) on 4/21/22, later on 4/4/24 SFD informed this program that there is an open Code Enforcement for unpermitted structures on the property. Licensee was requested today, to submit an updated facility sketch and was advised a new Fire Inspection will be requested for this facility.
During the exit interview, the LICENSEE Maria Tejeda confirmed that there are no Registered Sex Offenders living in the facility and LPA completed the RSO profile in FAS.

Two type B deficiencies were cited today.
Failure to comply with the Plan Of Corrections (POC) by the due date on LIC809D shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100 per day per each deficiency.
