On 08/06/2026 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Martha Jimenez-Villanueva made an unannounced visit to the facility and met with Site Supevisor Ana Lilia Montes Camacho to deliver complaint findings. A tour of the facility was conducted and census was taken. Children in care: 11 preschool age children with one Site Supervisor and two Teacher Assistants.

Complaint allegation states that staff handled day care children in an inappropriate manner. During the course of the investigation, LPA Martha Jimenez Villanueva conducted interviews and reviewed facility and pertinent records. While conducting interviews, LPA received inconsistent statements, however no disclosures were made concerning harm to the children in care by staff. This agency has investigated the complaint alleging that staff handled day care children in an inappropriate manner. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur; therefore, the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED.

No deficiencies were cited today. Exit interview was conducted and the report was reviewed with Site Supervisor Ana Lilia Montes Camacho. Appeal Rights were handed to her.
A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
