Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Teodoro Trujillo conducted an unannounced case management inspection with Site Director, Loretta Ehrhart. The purpose of today's inspection: doing a following up visit from 09/22/23.

During today's inspection LPA Trujillo observed a bottle of Purell Surface Cleaner on top of sink next to the staff restroom in Joeys/Ponys classroom.

A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.



No deficiency cited during todays site visit.

Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Site Director, Loretta Ehrhart.
