Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Marilou Monico and Sheena Chin met with Site Director, Sheila Acosta, for a Case Management Inspection. LPAs toured the infant classrooms and reviewed staff files. LPAs observed a teacher's aide supervising 8 infants in the Cowpokes Room.

As a result of this inspection, deficiency was cited on the following page:

Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Site Director, Sheila Acosta.

A NOTICE OF SITE VISIT WAS GIVEN AND MUST REMAIN POSTED FOR 30 DAYS.
