Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Marilou Monico and Sheena Chin made an unannounced follow-up complaint investigation inspection. LPAs met with Owner, Evelyn Weimer.

Based on LPAs observations, interviews with staff and parents, record reviews, and evidence gathered during the investigation process, it is concluded that although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove that the alleged violation did or did not occur. The above allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED.
