Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Janette Cruz and Jessica Bongardt and met with Maria Allotti, Assistant Director, to conduct an unannounced follow-up case management inspection today to deliver amended report dated 07/28/2023. Purpose of inspection is also to check plan of corrections done for the deficiency issued on 07/28/2023 regarding lead exceedance above 5.5 ppb on water outlets "S" and exterior main water valves A and A30. On 8/21/2023, Licensee representative/Operations Director, Debbie Hanson, informed Licensing that facility exclusively use bottled waters for drinking and food preparation.

Exit interview conducted and reviewed with Maria Allotti, Assistant Director. No deficiency was cited during this inspection.

Notice of Site Visit was given and must be posted within 30 days.
