On 08/20/2026, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Pedro Gutierrez conducted a visit to deliver findings. LPA met with Licensee Alejandra Morales Ortega and explained the reason for today’s visit. LPA toured the indoor and outdoor areas of the facility. Present were licensee, licensee's husband (S1), and six daycare children - four preschool age and two infants.

Information provided by the Reporting Party (RP) alleges that an adult in the home poses a risk to day care children. During the course of the investigation, LPA Pedro Gutierrez and Investigator Ruben Munoz conducted interviews with the victim, licensee, and other involved parties, and reviewed facility and pertinent records. The interviews conducted and records reviewed did not corroborate with the above allegation. Based on interviews and records review, there is no evidence to support the allegation that an adult in the home poses a risk to day care children.

Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, based on interviews and records reviewed during the investigation process, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED.
