Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Sarah Hurt conducted an unannounced visit today for the facility’s annual inspection. LPA met with Ruth Gutierrez and explained the purpose for todays visit.

LPA Hurt spoke with Program Director, Terre Rohde. Terre stated the program has been approved to become a Community Integration Program beginning March 2023.


This program will no longer be licensed by Department of Social Services / State Licensing.
