An informal meeting was conducted by teleconference today to follow up on discussion to renovate an existing bathroom on the second floor to include an additional shower room to facility.

The following were in attendance:

Melinda Hoffmann, Licensing Program Manager
Melinda Medina, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA)
Amy McCabe, President
JP Butler, Vice President
Julie Huynh, Administrator

During teleconference, facility agreed to submit a letter to Department with projected construction start and completion dates. Facility will remain at current capacity of 50 to remain in compliance. Once construction is completed and paperwork submitted to Department, facility may increase capacity to 55.

Facility to contact LPA if any further questions.
