32 | Ten children’s records were reviewed at 12:45pm, and contained identification forms with authorized representative information, as well as medical assessments. Four staff records were reviewed at 12:55pm, and contained immunizations and Mandated Reporting certificates.
This facility provides Incidental Medical Services (epi-pens, 2) – IMS. LPA reviewed storage of medication and equipment/supplies, and reviewed children’s, personnel, and administrative records.
