Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Mindy Mohr and Glenn Ouye arrived unannounced to conduct a capacity decrease. LPA's met with Child Development Supervisor, Lisa Adams. The program is requesting a decrease of capacity from 22 to 16 preschool children ages.

LPA's measured the interior activity area. The area was measured at 748 square feet. There are three sinks and two toilets serving the children in care. The outdoor activity space measured 5180 square feet which exceeds the requirement for the capacity of 16 preschool children.

The facility is still waiting to hear from the local fire authority. Contingent upon receipt of the approved fire clearance, the facility will be approved for 16 preschool age children.

No deficiencies cited during the visit.
