Community Care Licensing Division (CCLD) regularly sends information to licensed facilities, providers, and stakeholders by way of Provider Information Notices (PIN), Program Quarterly Update Newsletters and other important information communication platform.
To receive important licensed-related information to licensed facilities, visit the CCLD Important Information website at https://www.cdss.ca.gov/inforesources/community-care-licensing/subscribe and select the Child Care option to receive email communication.
Any proposed changes to the physical plant, telephone number, or change of address shall be immediately reported to the Department.
The following items must be completed before the license is issued:
1. Outdoor fence near stairs leading to the childcare room and the backyard gate must be raised to a five foot height to prevent a child from climbing over the fence.
2. The corner counter edge must be covered.
3. The ammunition must be stored in a locked setting, separate from the weapons.
Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the applicant;
This facility will be approved for licensure following the completion of the three items. The applicant may send photos demonstrating the completion.
