Based on today’s indoor and outdoor measurements, the sinks and toilets availability, the request of the facility for adding a new room (Room D) without changing capacity will be final reviewed and discussed with management in the Regional Office and after receiving the following. The facility will be notified if any additional information is required.
Please submit the following no later than 30 days of today's date.
1- Securing all the tall cabinets and the bookshelves in the classrooms.
2- Cover for the sand box in the side yard attached to the large playground.
3- Installing an alarm device on the exit door close to the restrooms leading to parking lot
4-Removing the diaper changing tables since they don't meet Title 22 Regulations not being within an arm's reach of a sink.
