Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Mahnaz (Nancy) Malek conducted a case management inspection of the facility for the purpose of adding another room (D) to the existing Preschool Program without changing the total capacity. LPA met with director, Terri Treemarcki-Beck who gave a tour of the school to LPA. Currently the facility is licensed for 100 preschool children ages 2 to 6 years old . LPA observed there were a total of 31 preschool children with 6 staff who were in transitioning for lunch bunch time.

A review of the Facility Personnel Report Summary on this date indicates that all facility staff or other individuals who require caregiver background checks have received criminal record and child abuse index clearances or exemptions.

The facility has requested to provide care and supervision to 100 preschool children ages 2 to 6 years old, Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm. The facility runs a full time and part time program.

The children are dropped off, signed in and out at the church's patio manually. However they sometimes use the school office as well. The facility has met all the posting requirements. All the classrooms were measured.
The indoor activity space measurement for the current requested capacity is as follows:
Room A is: 301.20 square feet
Room B is: 675.32 square feet
Room C is: 673.84 square feet
Room D is: 450.40 square feet
