Three (3) out of three (3) children denied ever being left alone by staff. Five (5) out of five (5) interviewed parents stated they had no concerns about the facility and did not disclose any information related to the allegation. Based on LPA's interviews and observations, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove that Facility staff left children unattended.
Regarding the allegation, “Facility staff did not ensure children were provided with adequate time to eat/nap.” S1 stated lunch time is from 11:15am-12pm and naptime is from 12pm-2pm. If a child is not done eating by 12pm, staff always ask them, if they are done, staff don’t force the children to throw away their food. Some children are not fast eaters, so staff give them extra time. Page 2 of 4
