25 | On 3/16/2026, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Carreiro, conducted an onsite inspection for the purpose of an Annual/Randon Inspection. LPA was led on a tour by a staff member. Both licensee were not at the facility. Licensee YASSI NATALIA came to the facility around 1:35pm. The other Licensee YASSI ALIREZA came around 1:50pm. The overall census observed was 16 preschool children and 5 staff members. Facility hours are Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
The Facility Personnel Report Summary reviewed on this date 3/16/2026 indicates all facility staff or other individuals who require caregiver background checks have received criminal record and child abuse index clearances or exemptions. Licensee was reminded that all adults 18 and over living or working in the home, including employees and volunteers, except as specified in Health and Safety Code section 1596.871, must obtain a criminal record clearance or exemption, or transfer their existing clearance or exemption, prior to initial presence in a licensed Family Child Care Home. A civil penalty of $100.00 minimum/day for a maximum of 5 days or, if the penalty is for a repeat violation, for a maximum of 30 days per person will be assessed if this regulation is violated.
During today’s inspection, LPA, a staff member, and licensee toured the inside and outside of the facility. Off limits areas are made inaccessible by means of door knob covers and child gates. The daycare area consists of a living room, guest bathroom, and outside patio. There were working carbon monoxide, smoke detector, and fire extinguishers in the home that meet statutory requirements. Detergents, cleaning compounds, medicines, and other items which could pose a danger if readily available to children were stored inaccessible to children.
