Outdoor play activities will be conducted in the bigger patio, which is appropriately fenced. LPA observed play equipment to be safe and free of hazards.
Per licensee, she provides food and snacks for the children. Per licensee, children nap in the dining room. Licensee stated that she will provide linens and blankets for napping. Licensee stated that parents will provide diapers, lotion, wipes, and formula for the infants.
Licensee’s Mandated Reporter certification expires on 9/11/2026. EMSA approved Pediatric CPR and Pediatric First Aid were current for licensee, which expires on 7/27/2026.
Newport Beach Fire Authority approved the facility for a large license and it was received on 2/10/2026 with the following notes, No private garage exists; therefore, not reviewed for day care use. 2nd floor-Not approved for day care use. See site plans for “off limits” areas. 1st floor- approved for day care use except for “off limits” areas shown on site plans.
The licensee rents/leases the home, proof of landlord notification is required. The LPA observed the Property Owner/Landlord Notification form (LIC9151) that the applicant confirms was provided to the property owner/landlord. The applicant did not obtained a signed Property Owner/Landlord Consent form (LIC 9149).

Megan’s Law
On this date, 2/19/2026, the California Attorney General - Megan’s Law website was searched for information on sex offenders required to register with local law enforcement under California's Megan's Law. No registered sex offenders were found at the facility addresses. Under state law, some registered sex offenders are not subject to public disclosure; therefore, they may not have been included in this search. However, the Department conducts a monthly cross reference of each address on record for all registered sex offenders against all CCLD facility addresses pursuant to information shared by California DOJ.
