On 08/20/2026, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Giselle Lucero conducted an announced, in-person relocation inspection for a new large child care home. Licensee is relocating from a previous licensed FCCH, LIC # 304312326. The LPA met with Licensee Libia Camacho who provided LPA a walk through of the home.
A review of the Facility Personnel Report Summary indicates 3 adults live in the home. The adult resident received caregiver background check clearances or exemptions as required by the Department. Per the Licensee, there are no minors living in the home.
The Licensee stated that she is not registered with any Resource Foster Care agency and that she does not hold a Resource foster parent license. The Licensee was reminded to notify the licensing office of any changes.
The Licensee is requesting a Large Family Childcare Home license. Per the Licensee, operation hours will be Monday through Sunday, open 24 hours. Care and supervision will be provided to children ages 1 month to 13 years old. For the purposes of licensing, an infant is defined as any child 0 to 24 months of age.
All areas on the Facility Sketch LIC999 were inspected, including but not limited to, off-limits areas. The facility is a two-story home with 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, kitchen with dining area, garage, and a backyard (enclosed). There is no fireplace or open face heater.
Based on the Facility Sketch LIC999 submitted, areas off-limits to children and parents are as follows: Licensee has designated the entire second floor, garage, kitchen with dining area, living room and a section of the backyard as off limits. The Licensee understands that licensing staff may have access to off-limits areas during inspection visits if necessary.
