On 12/8/2023, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Mila Quinto conducted an unannounced Case Management inspection for an increase in capacity. Upon arrival, LPA met with Director, Melinda Marchese and Administrator Ashley Neitzke. Applicant is requesting to be licensed from 16 to 32 infant children, ages 6 weeks through 24 months old in infant room 1 and infant room 2. The hours of operation are 7:30am to 5:30pm, Monday through Friday. Present during today’s inspection were 11 infant children and 5 staff members. Appropriate ratios and supervision were observed. All indoor and outdoor activity space utilized for the children was inspected today. Total indoor activity space measured at 1025.06 square feet and can accommodate the capacity of 29 infant children. LPA observed all indoor activity space to be complete with safe, age-appropriate furniture and equipment, including tables, chairs, cubbies, changing table with 1 inch padded surface and 3 inch raised sides, napping cots and cribs, bookshelves, and other activity supplies for the children. Drinking water is available in the classrooms via water jugs and infants water bottle with their names on it. The infant room 1 has sufficient cribs to accommodate 9 infant children. LPA observed all hazardous items to be inaccessible to children. There are no bodies of water or weapons on the property. Fire clearance was granted on 11/8/2023.
