1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25	Page 1 of 2 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Aiddee Nunez and LPM Thuy Ho conducted a case management inspection of the facility for the purpose of adding Toddler Option in their Preschool Program. LPA met with director, Zefernia Gonzalez who gave a tour of the school to LPA and LPM. Currently the facility is licensed for 100 preschool children ages 2 to 6 years old in 4 rooms. (C-101, C-102, B-101, B-102). Facility is requesting to use C-101 to serve 24 infant toddler option children. LPA observed there were a total of 56 preschool children with 13 staff members. A review of the Facility Personnel Report Summary on this date indicates that all facility staff or other individuals who require caregiver background checks have received criminal record and child abuse index clearances or exemptions. The facility has requested to provide care and supervision to 76 preschool children and 24 toddlers ages 18 months to 36 months old, Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm. Children nap in this program. The children are dropped off and are singed in and out at the entrance door electronically. The facility has met all the posting requirements. Room C-101 was measured. The indoor activity space measurement for the current requested capacity is as follows: Room C-101 is Toddler Option Room: 38' x 25' = 950' 18' x 13' = 234' Total 1184' divided by 35' = 34 children. Toddler option program and preschool program will share the playground using staggered schedule. Waiver to share yard will be submitted. The playground was fenced with appropriate toys and equipment.

Outdoor Activity Space-Previous Measurements: Total= 11096 divided by 75 = 147'95 (148 children)

Total sinks : 7 X 15 = 105 children
Toilets: 7 X 15 = 105 children

The toddler option children will be using the boys bathroom that is located in the hallway between rooms C-101 and C-102 (Inside the hallway it is also labeled 2101 and 2102). There are 2 toilets and 1 sink inside the boys bathroom and 2 sinks inside C-101 room.
There is a diaper changing table inside the boys bathroom that meets Title 22 Regulations. The diaper changing table is located within the arm's reach of a sink inside the bathroom in a way the staff are able to supervise the rest of the children while changing diaper for one child. LPA discussed the process of diaper changing, having child's belonging accessible and never leave a child unattended on the changing table.

The classrooms are equipped with carbon monoxide detector. All the classrooms have age appropriate toys and equipment. The director's file was reviewed. Her CPR and 1st aid expires 9/26/2024.

The facility provides breakfast, lunch, and snack for the children. Water is provided by a drinking fountain and water jugs to the children for indoor and outdoor.

Orange county Fire authority has approved the facility for a total of 100 children including 24 toddlers and is on file.

Community Care Licensing Division (CCLD) regularly sends information to licensed facilities, providers, and stakeholders by way of Provider Information Notices (PIN), Program Quarterly Update Newsletters and other important information communication platform. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted on, or immediately adjacent to, the interior side of the main door for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the director, Zeferina Gonzalez.

Based on today’s measurements, the sinks and toilets availability, the request of the facility for adding toddler option for a total capacity of 100 children (76 preschool children and 24 toddlers from Toddler Option Program) will be final reviewed and discussed with management in the Regional Office after receiving the following. The facility will be notified if any additional information is required.

Please submit the following no later than 30 days of today's date.
