A Case Management inspection was conducted on 06/25/24 by Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Dianna Valdez Santana to issue an amended Complaint report dated 06/20/2024. LPA met with Director, Kimberly Garcia. LPA toured the facility and observed 21 staff and 80 children in care during today's visit.
