items to be inaccessible to children. There are no bodies of water or weapons on the property. Fire clearance was granted on 06/20/24 for 98 children (28 toddler option 18-30 mo and 70 pre 2-6yrs). A new std 850 will be requested to match updated changes in the ages.

LPA observed a total of Toilets: 10 X 15 = 150 children ( 7 stalls and 6 urinals) Sinks: 9 X 15 = 135 children ( includes 3 sinks outdoor yard) . These are sufficient to accommodate the requested capacity of 98 children. For toddler option Monkey Room LPA viewed Monkey Room and noted two sinks within classroom, one toilet and urinal designated for toddler option room.
The facility currently has a fully fenced playground area. Fencing is cement and wood at least four feet high. The total square footage for all the outdoor activity space is 2296.20, which is insufficient to accommodate the requested capacity. There is currently a waiver in place for pre school children to share playground. A new request will be made for toddler option children to share playground with preschool children. Shade is provided via sail shades. There are sufficient outdoor age-appropriate toys and play equipment available on the playground. Drinking water is available via water bottles and filter system. LPA observed all hazardous items on the playground to be inaccessible to children. Ms. Lee was reminded that any changes to the facility must be reported to and approved by Community Care Licensing.
