On 07/23/2024, the Regional Office received a complaint with allegation Staff behavior poses as a risk to the daycare children. It was reported that Staff #1 (S1) was rude to other staff members that potential can affect the children in care negatively.
During the investigation, LPA interviewed 19 staff members and 7 parents.
During interviews, all interviewed staff denied that they had ever witnessed S1 being rude to them or any other staff members. All interviewed parents did not express any concern related to the allegation.
Based on the information gathered from LPA's interviews conducted with 19 staffs and 7 parents, there is insufficient evidence to corroborate the allegation Staff behavior poses as a risk to the daycare children.. Although the allegation may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove that Staff behavior poses as a risk to the daycare children., did or did not occur, therefore the above allegation is unsubstantiated.
Appeal Rights were discussed. The facility representative was provided a copy of their appeal rights (LIC 9058) and their signature on this form acknowledges receipt of these rights. All appeals must be in writing and received by the Regional Office within 15 business days. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
