Community Care Licensing Division (CCLD) regularly sends information to licensed facilities, providers, and stakeholders by way of Provider Information Notices (PIN), Program Quarterly Update Newsletters and other important information communication platform.

A license for a total of 12 infants and toddlers, ages birth to 24 months old in Room # A, and 16 toddlers from Toddler Option Program ages 18 to 36 months old in room B, Monday to Friday 6.30 am to 5:30 PM, will be issued upon receiving the following corrections and Management approval.
(1) Providing partition for infant room (Room A) to separate the napping area from activity area.
(2) Waiver request to share the outdoor space with toddler option on different scheduling. Please include LIC 999, LIC 500, outdoor scheduling, and photo of the outdoor space in your request.
(3) Amendment for Toddler Option Program parent handbook regarding parent's consent letter if transitioning to preschool before the age of 36 months.
