LPA reviewed the LIC 311A, Records to Be Maintained at the Facility, for child’s records, personnel records, administrative records, and documents to be posted. Infant sleep log for every 15 minutes check on children under 24 months old was discussed.

The facility representative was informed of the MyChildCarePlan.org site, a consumer education website that helps families obtain child care by connecting them to child care providers and Resource and Referral Agencies (R&Rs) throughout California.
Based on today’s indoor and outdoor measurements, the sinks and toilets availability, the request of the facility for 168 preschool children in rooms Preschool 1, 2,3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 and 36 toddlers in Toddler Rooms 1, 2, and 3 will be final reviewed and discussed with management in the Regional Office and after receiving the following corrections. The facility will be notified if any additional information is required. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the director, Brenda Estrada.
1- Installing high latch on the two exist doors leading to parking lot from the side yard of the toddler option playground.
2- Repair of the cracked slide on the preschool playground.
3- Complete control of property.
4- Menu is required with portion size on it.
