25 | On 06/24/2026, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs), Kathy Trinh and Aiddee Nunez, conducted an unannounced Case Management inspection for a change of capacity request. Upon arrival, LPAs met with Director, Caitlyn Casibianca. Present during today’s inspection were 69 children with 8 staff. Hours of operation will be 7AM-6PM, Monday to Friday. Appropriate ratios and supervision were observed. A review of the Facility Personnel Report Summary on this date indicates all facility staff or other individuals who require caregiver background checks have received criminal record and child abuse index clearances or exemptions.
During today's inspection, LPAs toured and measured Rooms 1-8 and the infant and preschool outdoor activity spaces.
Currently, the facility is licensed for 8 infants in the infant classroom, 11 toddler option children in the toddler classroom, and 71 preschool children in the preschool classrooms. The Facility is requesting to:
1. Increase the infant capacity to serve 16 infants ages 6 weeks - 18 months in rooms 7 and 8.
2. Increase the toddler option capacity to serve 14 toddlers children ages 18 months - 36 months in room 6.
3. Decrease the preschool capacity to serve 69 preschool children ages 36 months - 5 years old in rooms 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5.
Based on today's measurements, the square footage for each classroom's activity space are the following:
Room 1 with 337.98 square feet (sq. ft.), Rooms 2-4 with 333.8 sq. ft., Room 5 with 258.32 sq. ft., Rooms 6 and 7 with 595.76 sq. ft., and Room 8 with 307.5 sq. ft.
During today's inspection, it was observed that Room 7 did not have a half-wall to separate the napping area and activity space. The director stated that they plan on adding the half-wall by the end of July.
