32 | During the initial complaint visit January 23, 2024, LPA Haley observed burn marks in R1's bathroom and smelled the odor of cigarette smoke upon entering the resident’s room. The smell of smoke was not fresh smoke, but you could tell that smoking takes place inside the room. Photos were taken in R1's room of several cigarette burn marks.
Based on the evidence gathered through interviews and observations, the preponderance of evidence standard has been met, therefore, the above allegation is found to be SUBSTANTIATED. Violations are being cited per California Code of Regulations Title 22, Division 6.
An exit interview was conducted, and a copy of this report, and appeal rights were provided. |
