Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Ruth Martinez conducted an unannounced visit for the purpose of conducting a required inspection visit. LPA was greeted and granted entry into the facility by Administrator Yurida Luna and explained the reason for the visit.

LPA accompanied by Administrator began the toured of the facility. Facility has 28 clients present at the facility at the time of visit. Clients were observed throughout the facility in activities and having lunch. Facility appeared to be clean and sanitary. The facility has a check in station with a sign in procedure and temperature checks. LPA was checked in with a temperature check. LPA observed required department postings, covid-19 precautionary postings in the facility as well as hand washing signs throughout the facility. The facility has a Mitigation Plan on file with CCLD. Facility has required Emergency Disaster Plan posted. Hand sanitizer was observed throughout the facility for use. LPA observed a locked storage room equipped with sufficient hand hygiene supplies, cleaning and disinfecting provisions. LPA observed an ample supply of personal protective equipment (PPE) in supply. All bathrooms observed to have a supply of soap, toilet paper and paper towels.

Based on the observation made during today’s visit, no deficiencies were noted today in the areas inspected per Title 22 Division 6 of the California Code of Regulations.
