On 06/27/2026, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Albert Johnson conducted a complaint visit via telephone call regarding the complaint allegations above.

An interview with Susie Abella current Administrator was conducted.

Based on the information obtained, there is not a preponderance of evidence to support the allegation that S1 brought dogs that “almost bit” a resident or that he hit resident (R1)

Due to the five year time lapse, lack of identifiable victims, absence of documentation, and inability to corroborate the information, the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED.
