On November 15, 2022 at 9:00 AM, LPA Blesi arrived at the facility to clear the deficiency cited on 7/27/2022. Upon arrival there were 10 children being supervised by licensee and her assistant. LPA reviewed some children's files and cleared the deficiency during the inspection today.

A letter of Deficiency Citations Cleared was provided to licensee.

Exit interview with Robyn Lowry.

Notice of Site visit provided and must be posted for 30 days.
