An unannounced inspection was conducted today by Licensing Program Analyst Owens and Blesi. LPA Owens and Blesi met with Linda Carr, Assistant Director. Present at time of inspection were 25 infants and 8 staff. The purpose of the inspection is to close a complaint investigation that was originally opened on July 14, 2022.

The child was feed and not denied any food while at the facility. Based upon the conflicting interviews conducted as to whether the parent informed the teacher to change the child feeding plan demonstrates there was not a preponderance of evidence to support the allegation that staff was not following the infant's feeding plan or incident occurred therefore, this complainant is unsubstantiated.

An exit interview was conducted. Appeal rights were given and explained to the licensee at time of inspection.
