Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jeremey McClain met with licensing representative Tara Rozak to deliver findings for a complaint investigation. LPA observed nine infants supervised by three staff in one classroom, and 16 napping infants supervised by two staff in another classroom.
The following was alleged: 1) Staff are not ensuring carpets are clean, 2) Staff are not properly sanitizing toys, 3) Staff did not prevent day care child from having access to hazardous items.
