13 | Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jeremey McClain met with licensing representative Tara Rozak to deliver findings for a complaint investigation. LPA observed nine infants supervised by three staff in one classroom, and 16 napping infants supervised by two staff in another classroom.
The following was alleged: 1) Staff are not ensuring carpets are clean, 2) Staff are not properly sanitizing toys, 3) Staff did not prevent day care child from having access to hazardous items.
During the investigation, LPA conducted interviews with staff, reviewed documents, and made observations to the classrooms, toys, and equipment. The evidence gathered is not sufficient to corroborate the allegations and has not met the preponderance of evidence standard. Therefore, the allegations are determined to be UNSUBSTANTIATED. The allegations can neither be corroborated nor dismissed.
No Title 22 deficiencies will be issued as a result of the investigation. LPA reviewed this report with facility representative Tara Rozak, and provided a Notice of Site Visit that must be posted for 30 days.
