Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jeremey McClain met with licensing representative Esther Gamache an announced Licensee Initiated Case Management Inspection. LPA observed 34 preschool children supervised by four staff members.

The purpose of today’s inspection was to review staff files and qualifications. LPA also corrected and obtained signatures for LIC 9099 (313605610 and 313605612) and from 11/21/2024.

This report was reviewed with the facility representative Esther Gamache. LPA provided a Notice of Site Visit, which must remain posted for 30 days.
