Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Loraine Perez and Joshua Hatch met with Director Ester Gamache, for the purpose of conducting an unannounced subsequent complaint investigation inspection pertaining to the above allegation. The purpose of today's inspection was explained to Director.
During today's inspection, LPA conducted interviews, observed care, and obtained relevant documentation.

Witness statements, LPA observations, and document reviews failed to corroborate the allegation. Age range of the school age classroom is from entery into kindergarten to 12 years of age. Interveiws provided conflicting information regarding supervision of school age children.
Although the allegation may have happened, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the allegation; therefore, the allegation is unsubstantiated. Exit interview was conducted and report was reviewed with Facility Representative, Ester Gamache. Appeal rights were provided. Notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
