Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jeremey McClain conducted a Plan of Correction visit (POC) with facility representative Carol Williams regarding a Type A violation that was cited on 01/18/2023.

Facility was cited for being over ratio. During today’s inspection, LPA observed the following ratios: 12 children supervised by one staff, 12 children supervised by one staff, 9 children supervised by one staff, 10 children supervised by one staff, and 12 children supervised by one staff. LPA reviewed Children Supervision Records (CSRs) from 1/22/2024 in order to observe ratios and staffing from the morning. LPA discussed staffing and qualifications with facility representative.

The deficiency is considered cleared during today’s inspection. A letter of clearance was left with the facility representative. An exit interview was conducted, and a Notice of Site Visit was posted.
