On April 28th, 2022 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jeremey McClain met with District Manager Teresa Addison to conduct a Plan of Correction inspection.

Upon arriving, LPA observed 21 preschool children supervised by three teachers. The facility was cited for being over ratio when one teacher was observed supervising 15 preschoolers on April 11th, 2022.

Based on ratios observed today, the facility is now in compliance and the citation will be cleared. A Plan of Correction Clearance letter was provided.

This report was reviewed with the Teresa and Cleared Plan of Correction letter was provided. A Notice of Site Visit was provided and should remain posted for 30 days.
