Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jeremey McClain met with Director Heather Cole for the purpose of a Plan of Correction (POC) inspection. On April 7, 2022, a Type A citation was issued for the infant classroom being over ratio. During that time, nine infants were supervised by two staff.

Upon arriving, LPA observed 12 infants supervised by three staff.

The Type A Citation is considered cleared. A POC letter was provided.

This report was reviewed with the Director and a Notice of Site Visit was provided and should remain posted for 30 days.
