On November 9th, 2022, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jeremey McClain met with licensing repesentative Susan Perkins for the purpose of a Plan of Correction (POC) inspection. On November 8th, 2022, a Type A citation was issued for the Infant F classroom being over ratio as two aides were observed providing supervision to eight infants.

During today's inspection LPA observed one qualified teacher and an aide providing care for seven infants in the Infant G classroom, and one qualified teacher and and aide providing care for seven infants in the Infant F classroom.

The Type A Citation is considered cleared. A POC letter was provided.

This report was reviewed with the Director and a Notice of Site Visit was provided and should remain posted for 30 days.
