Centralized Application Bureau (CAB) Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Arianna Manabat met with Facility Representative Mary Allen for the purpose of a case management - licensee initiated inspection. The Applicant requests a decrease of capacity from 100 to 24 preschoolers ages 3 to entry into kindergarten in room 107. The program will operate Monday through Friday from 8:30am-12:00pm. The fire clearance was received and granted on 05/14/2024.

INDOOR ACTIVITY SPACE:
The new configuration of the facility's classrooms is as follows:
There is only one room available for preschool, room 107 which measures for 859.73 sqft. The total square footage of this classroom accommodates the requested capacity of 24 preschool children. Additionally, LPA Manabat observed 2 sinks and 2 toilets inside of the room. Finally, LPA observed a sufficient amount of equipment, toys, tables, chairs, cubbies, and napping cots. There is a first aid kit in the classroom and disinfectants are appropriately stored and inaccessible to children.

OUTDOOR ACTIVITY SPACE:
The applicant is continuing to utilize the same preschool outdoor area as before which has a total of 4336.27 square feet, which will accommodate 24 preschool children. Individual measurements are recorded on the Capacity Worksheet (LIC 9024).

An exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the facility representative.
