13 | On May 28, 2026, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Stephanie Piring met with Facility Representative, Director Janet Molinari, for the purpose of conducting an unannounced complaint inspection to deliver findings. LPA observed 22 children playing on the play ground supervised by 3 staff and 47 napping children being supervised by 4 staff across 3 classrooms.
It was alleged staff do not provide adequate supervision to day care children due to lack of staff. During the course of investigation, LPA conducted interviews, observed care, and obtained relevant documentation. During LPAs visit on 3/13/2026 LPA observed 2 to 3 staff present in all preschool classrooms. During todays visit, LPA observed adequate staff to supervise the number of children present. Interviews with authorized representatives and children did not reveal instances where the facility lacked enough staff to adequatly supervise children in care. Witness statements and LPA observations, failed to corroborate the allegation. Although the allegation may have happened, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the allegation; therefore, the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED.
Exit interview was conducted and report was reviewed with Facility Representative Janet Molinari. Appeal rights were provided. Notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
