An unannounced case management inspection was conducted today by Licensing Program Analysts Owens and Blesi. LPA's met with Owner, Bonnie Asadi Lee. The purpose of the inspection is to increase the preschool capacity from 204 to 216. (adding additional classroom; the daffodil classroom).

LPA's inspected the classroom to be used for the additional preschool children. The classroom is located in a separate building, next door to the main facility. The building has its own separate entrance for parents and children. The classroom was inspected and no hazardous items were found. The classroom has two toilets; one with privacy and one open and 5 sinks. The classroom has hooks for children belongings. The children will use cups and igloos for drinking water inside classroom. The classroom was originally measured at Licensure, therefore the classroom was not measure at time of inspection. (classroom measurements in file). The children will use a schedule for outdoor playground use. The playground has adequate shade and wood chips under climbing equipment.

A new fire clearance was approved on 11/12/2021.

The classroom is approved to be used for 12 additional preschool children effective today 11/10/2021
